The Client needs to advise Tyg what their normal refund policy is e.g. full ticket price refunded to the customer or they want to approve all refunds. The Tyg customer support team would agree this with you as part of their introduction to you of how they work/support you. We process all general customer refunds through the system, and our secure payment gateway directly back onto their card. As it is refunded back onto their card Tyg incurs a charge from the credit card provider for this refund. All cancellations are shown on your ticket analysis report which forms part of the weekly finance pack sent to you automatically each week. There are no additional charges payable by you for these refunds. However, if you run a major event or have a major cancellation, we have a separate refund process which we use – the reason for a separate process is to reflect the high volume of tickets which may need to be refunded.
