The new Appointment Manager offers a straightforward and user-friendly diary that displays the availability of people, spaces, and equipment within your business. This system is designed to simplify the management of appointments and resources, making scheduling more efficient for both staff and customers.
Begin by adding the relevant people, referred to as resources, who provide the services that your customers can book. Navigate to the Services tab to add the services your business offers. Here, you can specify which people deliver each service and select the spaces and items required for each booking.
Set up customer forms to collect important information from your clients. These forms can be completed with a digital signature once their booking is saved, streamlining the preparation for appointments and saving valuable time. You have the option to decide which services necessitate the completion of these forms, and you can send reminders to customers to ensure all necessary details are provided ahead of their appointment.
