Our Site’s purchasing process requires you to give us personal information (e.g. your name, address and email address) and also financial information (e.g. your credit card details).

Tyg Ltd's Relationship with its Clients - Tyg Ltd provides a software licence to businesses to enable them to sell and market their tickets online for their attractions and events. It does not own, manage or organise those attractions or events, but the owner, manager or organiser has agreed to use the Tygit system licence to market and sell their tickets via their websites.

Whenever you purchase a ticket from their website, you are purchasing that ticket from the owner, manager or organiser of the attraction or event, and that contract is subject not only to these terms and conditions, but also to any terms, conditions or policies imposed by the relevant attraction or event. If you wish to familiarise yourself with the terms, conditions and policies of the attraction or event before you commit to purchasing your tickets, please contact the attraction or event organiser direct. We do not have any role in setting ticket prices and we do not have any control over the quality of the attraction or event for which

you have purchased tickets. Any complaints about ticket prices or the quality of the attraction or event should be directed to the attraction or the event organiser. If gift aid is applicable, you can agree to apply it to your purchase. In this case, your personal information will be used by the relevant attraction or event so they can reclaim your Gift Aid amount from the relevant Government Department. In all other circumstances your personal information may be shared between Tyg Ltd and its Clients for the particular event for which you are buying tickets in accordance with this Privacy Policy and Tyg Ltd’s contractual relationship with their Clients. Your personal information may be used by Tyg Ltd to contact you by post, phone or by email when necessary in connection with transactions entered into by you.

Tyg Ltd does not sell names, e-mail addresses or any other customer profile information to other third parties. Nor do we have any intention of doing so in the future.

 

How We Use Financial Information:

Financial information that is collected is used to authorise payment and bill you for products and services. When you make a purchase on the Site, your consent is given to provide your financial or personal information to those third parties necessary to process your transactions with us, such as credit companies, banks and the companies that handle shipping on our behalf. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Except as provided above, we will not share financial information with third parties without your prior consent.

How We Use Demographic Information:

Demographic information is statistical data about our purchasers’ age, gender, location etc. We use this demographic information to tailor our Site to the interests of our users. How long do we keep your information?

We will hold your personal data on our systems for as long as the attraction or event is a Tyg Client and for as long afterwards as is necessary to comply with our legal obligations. We will review your personal data every year to establish whether we are still entitled to process it. If we decide that we are not entitled to do so, we will stop processing your personal data with the exception of retaining your personal data in an archived form in order to be able to comply with future legal obligations, including but not limited to compliance with tax requirements and exemptions, and the establishment exercise or defence of legal claims.

We securely destroy all financial information once we have used it and no longer need it.

How can you review/amend/delete your data?

If you setup a Tyg account you can log onto your account at www.tickets.tygit.com to review/update your details.
